The WBP is definitely overpriced at $1400. The ZPAP is going for just at $1k now. Fox can accept AKM/AK74 style furniture, the ZPAP can’t. ZPAP can only accept Yugo style furniture. ZPAP is heavier due to the thicker receiver and RPK trunnion than the WBP. All up to you if you want the classic AKM look of the WBP or want the Yugo style look.

A lot of AK accuracy woes in my experience are overstated because post and notch had a learning curve, and because people underestimate drop.
