So, 98% means you're missing one, not two, and it's probably not that one. I'd be extremely surprised if getting the grapple first made the expansion disappear.you COULD use grapple-beam in the first Metroid Prime, but ONLY to swing. Useing the grapple-beam to take down enemies was only used in MP3 (I don't think they're going to add that ability in this new version)
